By accessing or using the Service, including making any purchase or donation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Service Overview

We operate a server and community platform where you can:

• Participate in our DayZ roleplay community

• Purchase cosmetic packages, memberships, or make donations

• Access exclusive community events or digital items (strictly cosmetic / RP enhancements)

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18

• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws

Accounts & Security

To use certain features, you may need to register an account. You agree to keep your account details accurate and secure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Payments & Memberships

• All pricing is in U.S. Dollars.

• You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for purchases, subscriptions, or donations.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting us.

Refunds & Returns

• All payments are final and non-refundable. Donations fund server operations and future development.

• If we offer physical merchandise, defective items may be replaced or refunded within 30 days.

Licenses

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BSRP grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for non-commercial enjoyment.

You may NOT:

• Copy, distribute, or modify our Service content

• Circumvent security features or reverse engineer systems

• Use the Service for illegal or infringing purposes

Community Rules & Enforcement

By participating in BSRP, you agree to follow all community and server rules.
Donations or memberships do not exempt you from enforcement.
Violations may result in suspension or bans without refund.

Ownership & Rights

All content on our platforms—including graphics, custom assets, and lore—is owned by BSRP or licensed to us.
You may not reuse or reproduce any content outside the Service without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or your experience.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

BSRP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Use of the Service is at your own risk. Protect your data and follow community safety practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA.
You agree to resolve any legal disputes in the courts located in Wisconsin.

Donations & Investor Terms & Conditions

Purpose of Donations

All donations and payments made to Black Sheep Role Play ("BSRP") go directly toward:

• Maintaining server infrastructure

• Funding future content and technical development

• Covering staff tools and community platform costs

Donations are entirely voluntary.
We will never pressure anyone to contribute.
By donating, you confirm that your contribution does not place you in financial hardship.

Refund Policy

All payments and donations are final and non-refundable.
Contributions are used immediately to support ongoing operational costs.

Equal Enforcement of Rules

Donating does not exempt you from server or community rules.
Donors and Investors are held to the same standards as all other players.
Violations may result in kicks or bans without refund or exception.

Donator Recognition

Donors who notify us after contributing (via Discord ticket) will receive:

• The Donator role in Discord

• Access to donor-only giveaways (e.g., game keys, merch raffles, and special events)

To receive these perks, you must:

• Donate a minimum of $5

• Include your Discord username during checkout or reach out to staff to confirm

Investor Program

Investor subscriptions come with additional cosmetic and community perks.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Abide by all community and monetization policies

• Use Investor perks responsibly and without expectation of gameplay advantage

Perks May Include:

• Investor role (tier-based)

• Access to exclusive giveaways

• Eligibility for cosmetic-only custom retextures (based on your tier)

⚠️ You may NOT request any item that provides camouflage, armor, or mechanical advantage.
Any perk that could affect gameplay will be rebalanced or denied.

Investor perks are cosmetic and social only. We enforce this policy strictly.

Custom Content Limitations

• Investors may request up to 1 retexture per paid month

• Requests must align with community aesthetics and balance

• All custom items are cosmetic only — no stat changes or hidden advantages

All requests are subject to staff approval.
Our development team operates voluntarily, so turnaround may vary.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your Investor subscription:

• You will retain the Donator role in Discord

• Any exclusive retexture will remain private only if you've paid for 3 full months

• Canceling before 3 months allows us to make the item publicly craftable or remove it entirely from the server pack

No Resale or Exploitation

You may not sell, trade, or barter Investor gear for real or in-game currency.
Exception: Color-swap versions of standard items are allowed to be freely dropped or traded.
